CRISPY COCONUT SHRIMP WITH MANGO SAUCE


INGREDIENT
  • 1 lb. crude shrimp, stripped and deveined;
  • 2 egg whites;
  • 4 tbsp. custard starch;
  • 1 cup. destroyed coconut;
  • Ocean salt and newly ground dark pepper;
  • Elements for the mango sauce
  • 1 cup mango, hacked;
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk;
  • 1 tsp. lime juice;
  • 1 jalapeño, daintily minced;
  • 2-3 tsp. crude honey;

Directions
Preheat your stove to 400 F.

Add the custard starch to a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
